I called TMR Generators mid morning on Monday. I spoke to Jenny who was extremely pleasant and she informed me they had a service man in the area and he would be there late that afternoon. The technician was not only on time but he was knowledgeable, efficient, had the parts he needed, and was happy to answer my questions. The technician (Skylar) had my generator diagnosed and repaired in just over an hour. I was very pleased with the service I received from TMR, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Wade diagnosed my issue on my generator and repaired the issue within 40 minutes, Very professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend TMR.
Gave TMR Generators a call after losing connection to our Mobile Link, having an emergency shutoff performed (whoops) and just needing it serviced in general. They were out within a few days, very informative and got us all fixed up. Will to continue to use TMR for servicing our 32kw generator yearly moving forward.
