Very poor. Please don't use. They insist on charging you £500 for just putting in an application on a mortgage. and they seem to think it's perfectly fine to charge you this non-refundable fee even if the application is unsuccessful. Charlatans.

I would NEVER EVER recommend TMP to anyone. I brought my first home through a shared ownership scheme which TMP almost lost me. At first they did a money check on me and told me I could afford an amazing percentage of my property which I was later told (2months into the process) that the percentage I could afford was lower than what they originally said. I started to pay alot of money towards the property as TMP told me everything was fine. I was then told another 2 months in that they couldn't help me anymore as I "couldn't... read more
