I highly recommend Tania at TMH Remedy Clinic in Stewarton. I have had an Achilles problem for over two years and issues with tight hips. Both are on the mend with her acupuncture and remedial massage techniques. I cannot thank her enough, she is brilliant!

I’ve been going to Tania for over a year for regular sports massages. At 51 and with a dodgy knee I’ve managed to keep up my running and feel better than ever. Tania is extremely thorough in every assessment and the massages are amazing

After 2 months of neck and arm pain I visited Tania after a recommendation. 3 visits later my pain was gone and a month later still no pain backI should have visited earlier. Tania is very professional and listens very intently and fully explains her recommended treatment. For me it was acupuncture to resolve muscle and nerve pain. I will visit Tania again for any issues, you won't regret it
