My experience with Tim Fong was when Tim was working as a mortgage broker with a competing establishment however i am confident that Tim has maintained his professional standards, integrity and honesty with his new employer. When i came to Tim for a mortgage he was friendly, informative and above all easy to talk to. I had no complaints with my first mortgage broker, prior to Tim, but after dealing with Tim I felt he went the extra mile in making the process of obtaining a mortgage as stress free as possible.
I went to see Tim about 6 years ago when I was looking to buy my first home. I knew nothing about mortgages and Tim spent a lot of time explaining interest rates, fixed vs variable to me. If anything, the mini education lesson he gave me that day gave me the confidence to shop around and find what was best for me.
