No one knows how to answer the damn phone!! If i could give no stars i would. The automated system says their short on employees and the call volume has increased but it's not covid anymore. Hire more people, I shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes to ask a simple question. Are you guys really hurting that much? Should I change providers? This isn't a one time occasion, it's EVERYTIME. To add to this, the people at this location suck. Do not recommend.
Dr Castro is amazing she asks alot of questions she checks everything and explains in details.
Are you still in business? I have called several times and no one picks up. The doctor is amazing but we can’t continue to go to her if no one answers the phone.
