I don't doubt they do a good job, but they need to update their CRM or calling system. I got set up with a quote but ended up declining to have the work done (we were in the middle of a move). So far, they have called me over 20 times in the past year despite my constant urging that they remove me from their calling system. Since no one seemed to remove my name from their list after the first 5 calls, all of these just end up in my voicemail. Please for the love of God stop calling me!

I reached out to this company in my search to find a restoration supplier. While I found one, I had many message left on my phone asking if I was interested. I never called back bc I had found someone to do the work. Bad manners perhaps, but I did not reply. I received many calls and was able to pick up and talk to someone. Here is what I heard "we have called you and left messages at least 5 times and left messages". The person repeated this again in the call. Please train your staff. I highly recommend TMC for your furniture restoration needs. These folks do quality work, and they are proud of what they do. No small thing these days!
