They started our car using roadside with insurance. Told my wife that we needed a new battery. I called back to ask to see why, and they refused saying the job was completed and they can’t allow me to talk to the drive and to contact my insurance… thanks

I was traveling on a Sunday, in an unknown area and running on fumes. The gas station I made it to was closed and the pumps did not work. T&M Towing was an hour from my location but was the only place open on a Sunday night. Not only did the gentlemen drive to the middle of nowhere to help me, but was familiar enough with the area to get me safely to a gas station for a full tank of gas.
