Arrived FOUR HOURS LATE with zero communication! They even lied to Subaru and said they were on-site when they weren't.
I was traveling on a Sunday, in an unknown area and running on fumes. The gas station I made it to was closed and the pumps did not work. T&M Towing was an hour from my location but was the only place open on a Sunday night. Not only did the gentlemen drive to the middle of nowhere to help me, but was familiar enough with the area to get me safely to a gas station for a full tank of gas.
