THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Think strongly before you decide to EVER use this firm!!! They took money from me over the span of 18months, gave me incorrect advice, lied to me, were legally inept, un-empathetic and borderline fraudulent. I had to report them to the SRA and the legal Ombudsman for justice as I was able to record and keep track of the shocking service they provided me.
