Poor communication. They did not receive my emails since April because apparently they were having issues receiving emails as per the lady that answered the phone. That is acceptable but they never reached out to me via phone call, specially knowing that I’ve been a client for the past years.
Excellent tax preparator! Found thousands of dollars in missing/potential tax deductions! They have a reasonable service plan, and year-round support.
