Had to the parts I needed for my truck
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience here. We brought a semi truck in for service, and they attempted to charge us for **8 hours of labor/diagnostic time**, claiming the truck was running and being worked on that entire time. That statement was **not true**. I have **monitoring and tracking data on my phone** that clearly showed the truck was **not running** and was **not being actively worked on** for anywhere near that amount of time. Triple check your bill!! They tried to charge me 8 hrs of labor, what they didn’t know is that I receive notifications on my phone when the truck starts and shuts off, after checking I realize they have worked on my truck for less than 3.5 hrs and they tried to charge me for 8 hrs! This place is a scam!!! They will do their best to over charge you! I don’t know what other people call this but in my book it’s called thievery!!!!! I dropped off my truck by them to check it out and see what is the problem luckily I have remote start on my truck it show when they start working on it and they they only worked on it for 2 hours if not less so they ask for 8 hours labor I argued w them about it they dropped the price from 1970 to 860
Gave me the wrong parts caused a very big headache!! Triple check their overpriced parts before leaving the parking lot. Call multiple dealerships to make sure you have the right part number because these guys just can’t get it right
