My child, who has documented special needs, was placed on the bus at the assigned stop directly in front of our residence. At scheduled drop-off, I remained at that same location for over ten minutes. Upon contacting the transportation provider, I was informed that the driver was already present at my address. Hate this bus company, I wish the state would give us a new bus company with new drivers. The drivers and the bus scheduling people are unprofessional with a nasty demeanor. They bring your child 30 mins late without calling, then when they arrive and you are not downstairs because they come at different times everyday, they talk rude to you. In the mornings they come at different times other than scheduled. Do not let them use this company for your child run
