I have had many issues this summer with this company and when I've called to have those issues addressed I was met with excuses. My child is in a summer program and is to be picked up and dropped off at the same place. He was left 2 days in a row. Also multiple occasions instead of an adult coming to the door to come to the door to get him it was a child and when they were told no the driver had an attitude.
I am a transportation scheduler for A local nursing and rehab center. I deal with TLC and many other transportation companies on a day-to-day basis. TLC goes above and beyond To serve our residence. They are always on time, always courteous and always treat our residence in the way we would want to be treated ,with respect And dignity . Our residence feel safe when they’re in the care of a TLC driver, and I feel confident that they will get my patient to and from their appointment safely. They did what they were supposed to... However, having drivers diagnosed with COVID, come INTO work just to "run one route" for children with compromised immune systems is dangerous, reckless, and profit driven. They claimed they have safety protocols, but if your definition of safety is infecting kids, then there's no safety involved. Post of the onus is on the bus driver, she should've just said "no, I'm sick". But when you pay your drivers the bare minimum, I can kind of understand why they need the money. Very nice services, I had a drive by the name of Solomon nickname Joey he was very pleasant great conversation and made sure me and my students were comfortable and safe
My husband had his first ride with TLC yesterday. We were picked up by Eric for the ride over and brought back by Jeff. Both of them were the kindest, nicest men. Wonderful employees and human beings!
