Do not recommend. Carol is highly unprofessional, extremely rude, and had no idea what she was doing. Thanks to Carol and TLC TAX SERVICE, I now owe the city of Kansas City over $500 because of a form she missed. Avoid TLC TAX SERVICE at all cost.
