I needed a non-emergency transport to a medical procedure, and, since anesthesia is used during the procedure, the doctor's office does not allow patients to drive themselves to and from their appointments. I made arrangements with TLC and, on the day of the appointment, the driver arrived exactly on time. He was also very personable and professional. This provider accepted a 10 am dental appointment from Cottage Grove to Mounds View and the driver came at 9:49 am. The pick-up time per conversation when this appointment was made was 9:15 am. When I called around 9:15 am, their staff said that pick up time is 9:30 am. Totally unacceptable. Good thing the dental clinic was flexible enough to keep her appointment.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY 65 ASIAN MALE HAD 4 HOURS OF TRAINING AND WAS NOT PAID FOR. THEY LIED THAT IT WAS 4 HOURS OF INTERVIEW. WHO DOES AN INTERVIEW FOR 4 HOURS SUCH LIARS.
