Minnie, David and their team were phenomenal in arranging the planning, move and oversight of care for Arthur, my friend and love of 47 years. He was previously in a hospital facility which, like most, are understaffed and where hospice care isn't really there forte. The hospital had him in a dim and noisy room, no time for personal care, such as bathing, or oversight of the cleanliness of his room. They kept him over drugged and unsupervised.
