I was very disappointed with my experience at TLC Recovery. I specifically booked the infrared sauna expecting a proper heat and sweat session, but the sauna never reached the stated 75°C during my entire one-hour booking.(with pools) As a result, I barely broke a sweat and felt that I didn’t receive the service I paid for. During the Basketball State Champs, my daughter had two compression massage sessions here. It was really helpful for her recovery. The manager was super friendly and lovely. Thank you

5 rating I have been coming for 6 years to TLC since it opened. In all of that time I have received the best service, with the most amazing team that work there.
