Got the cheap Tuesday $50 session, with 30 minutes of Normatec Compression, 30 minutes of sauna and 30 minutes of hot and cold plunge pools. It was a great deal and I feel revived. The staff were friendly and informative. I will be back
Our first visit today and wow!! Absolutely incredible!! Haven’t been so relaxed like that in a very long time, thoroughly enjoyed it!
We attended TLC recovery as a team utilizing a voucher following winning a local sporting competition. The staff were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the benefits of the hot/cold magnesium pools. They encouraged us to ensure we tried the cold pools and boy am I glad I did! It was invigorating. We had a great time, and will definitely be back. Thanks TLC Recovery for an awesome afternoon.
I liked the place. The guys offer compression, sauna, ice/hot magnesium pools-everything what’s needed for efficient recovery, improving immune system and just general state.
Little tricky to find, right up the back of driveway but friendly staff & clean!
