Three weeks ago, under the specialist’s instructions, my child was supposed to have a full long arm cast. However, the staff here only applied a half-arm cast, completely against the doctor’s orders. During the process, the practitioner appeared unskilled and unprofessional. He did not have proper tools to cut and at one point threw the scissors on the floor, then picked them up and used them again – extremely unhygienic. I have been attending this clinic for more than 10 years. Jessica my therapist gives 100% dedication to her work and treatments, from cupping, acupuncture, massages and many more. The staff are always friendly and helpful and at times accommodate emergency visits without appointments. The therapist are knowledgeable. Thank you Jessica and team.
