I went to TLC after having an L5-S1 laminectomy and discectomy. The PT staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints with the therapist themselves. However, when it came to booking appointments, the front office seemed overwhelmed or possibly new. Either way, they told me they didn't have time for me and that they would figure out my schedule and get back to me.
