The Physical Therapist that are there Rhonda, Marie, Michelle and can't forget Stephanie. Now with Anthony as well. They are super at what they do and you can tell they care about your recovery . THANK YOU ALL FOR GETTING ME BACK ON MY FEET!!!
I went to TLC at the Inverness location. Everyone in the office is wonderful. Nice, knowledgeable and helped me get back on my feet again. Thank you staff at the Inverness location.
Start off with Stephani, very personable, very efficient, makes you feel very at ease. Marie was very professional, answered any questions I had in a way anyone would understand, always made my appointments and enjoyable experience. Michelle was also very professional and also kept the atmosphere humorous. Everyone worked together to make my experience great and I would recommend TLC in Inverness highly!
I was referred to TLC for therapy after getting a total knee replacement. Unfortunately, this place did not meet my expectations. I was discharged early at their terms even though I felt i needed more and was authorized for more visits. The receptionist told me I was getting discharged on Monday as I was walking out the Friday before. I was not warned by any of the PT Therapists previously. Very unprofessional!!!
