My Primary did a referral for PT and I received a prompt call from Danielle who was so polite and professional. She explained everything and set a preliminary appointment. Unfortunately, Danielle had to call back the next day and informed me that the insurance section told her that the company no longer accepted my insurance. She then went way above & beyond and reached out to the other local PT practices and found one that did take my insurance and forwarded them my prescription so that I could promptly get the help that I ... read more
Over the years I have been to lots of PT places. Without exaggerating, the Dunnellon PT crew is the best I have ever worked with. They are all extremely helpful and always keeping track of each one of the people to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. Also, Danielle is an excellent receptionist.
