Please be aware of this company. My name is Ray. I had a total knee replacement on 4/13/26. The procedure went well. According to my Surgeon, he wanted me to have my first Rehabilitation PT session one day after my discharge. Accordingly, I scheduled that session. On the date for the first PT session, I was running a fever of 102.5 and throwing up. Doing the only reasonable thing, I called the PT office to explain the situation and reschedule the appointment. My Primary did a referral for PT and I received a prompt call from Danielle who was so polite and professional. She explained everything and set a preliminary appointment. Unfortunately, Danielle had to call back the next day and informed me that the insurance section told her that the company no longer accepted my insurance.
