Not a fan. They line every one up and bring you in on the hour Iike a cattle call. Once there you receive little to no one on one care. It's overcrowded and noisy with no privacy. Equipment is minimal. I agree that you could do all exercises at home and I do. To top it off they made statements in my record that were lacking in detail reflecting the personal bias if the therapist. Sad. I went to PT solutions a few months earlier. They were much better!
Don't do any good to try and get a appointment. Been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from them yet.
I've had bad experience with Jean at the front desk I've been going there for 5 years, The staff is wonderful!,but Jean is so rude! I have a service dog she told me I couldn't bring my service dog to therapy and me and my mom talked to Stafania that day and she said I could bring her and said they've had service dogs in there before, this morning was my recert and I was a little late and I got there and Jean said I could not be seen. I enjoyed every bit of my visit with TLC from the receptionist Jean I think to Cheyenne, Harley, and Mike. They were pleasant to work with and very helpful. My plantar fasciitis was relieved and I will continue the exercises they provided. Thanks to all of you.
Cheyenne is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable. Very patient and explains everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them
