It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Howard really stepped in and saved the day! My aunt was in town visiting for a funeral, and we were not able to find her transportation to the airport that could accommodate her mobility scooter until we reached out to TLC. Howard was a prompt communicator and was able to step in and save the day. He also made sure they got safely into the terminal. Wonderful service! I highly recommend them!
This was my first experience with anything like this after 3 months of firsts and stress. Amber made scheduling a breeze, for starters she answered the phone, no voicemail! Howard was punctual, knowledgeable of the facility I was leaving, friendly, patient,I can't say enough! 👍👍👍👍👍
