Thank you so much for your services yesterday. Your driver Lavelle picked up my cousin Fr Elmer Marquard at Regina Health facility and brought him out to North Olmsted, and returned him back home to Regina after the services. Not only was Lavelle prompt, but he treated Fr Elmer with such respect and kindness. They joked and laughed. I feel like Elmer made a friend! I used this service to get a family member to a private event and back. The customer service I experienced was AMAZING! The coordinators ensured our planning and services were seamless! Very knowledgeable on the service they provide! The driver was excellent!! He was on time, made sure everything was loaded and secure for both trips. I would recommend them for any transport needs, and use them again.
