TLC has been great. They do their best to accommodate my family’s transportation needs and always hit the mark. They’re super communicative and all the staff we’ve had the privilege to work with have been both professional and informative. Even if there was a miscommunication. Additionally the drivers we’ve had have been professional and drive safely as well.

*DENIED MY DISABLED MOTHER THE USE OF A WHEELCHAIR* and let her suffer instead. This company caused my mother and I so much stress. They are rude and lazy and don't care how much suffering a patient is in. We finally got her ride to her surgeon's office and the driver refused to let her use the wheelchair to go from the van to the front door.
