This company caused my mother and I so much stress. They are rude and lazy and don't care how much suffering a patient is in. We finally got her ride to her surgeon's office and the driver refused to let her use the wheelchair to go from the van to the front door. Her driver, John, watched her struggle and sob in pain with every step while saying she wasn't "cleared" for that level of care. TLC is the best most reliable professional company. The office calls an hr before the pick up to confirm. The drivers are very courteous and I feel very comfortable during my Journey. I highly recommend this company.
