I'd like to give a shout out to Susan at the Newport Branch. From day one of meeting her, she has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently came in needing proof that I paid my car loan off as I am in the process of selling it. She made some calls, printed some things up, and typed a quick letter on company letterhead for me. Once again, she solved my problems efficiently and quickly. Give that girl a raise!
