They are very customer friendly. They explain everything to a T. I have only been with them a month but so far they are very easy to reach and amazing at answering questions. I have seen an increase in my score already!
Very unprofessional! Do not sign a contract with these people! If you have a medical emergency that devastates your family and can't make payments right away they will harass, threaten and belittle you day after day. Even if you explain the circumstances they will not care! I've never dealt with people who were so immature and inconsiderate of the well-being of others after a traumatic event!
