Small bank issues with big bank problems. I have bank accounts and have done mortgage's though this bank. I regret ever going there. Their mortgage officer responds after multiple days trying to get in touch, even to basic questions. She says she is "so busy." Their online platform is only ok. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a chore- prepare to spend 20 min on the phone. Really, it's the worst bank ever.
