Better service in the new year! There is going to be a new business assoicated with the Tax Planning Center this year and from prior experience with this company, the customer service will be better in 2011.
Not great anymore I have been going to this place for many years! Each year the place gets a little harder to deal with! This year has been one of the worst years that I have had with this offfice! Even though we had submitted our stuff in plenty of time before the deadline to file tax returns, they still could not complete them on time, and made us file an extension. They are not great on customer service either, as the receptionist was very rude on several occasions, and I feel that there should never be bad customer servi... read more
