Very good communication and attitude from Harrison and Jake/Jack (sorry can’t remember the name). Baz was awesome when delivering. Quality service.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased an outdoor lounge worth around $4,500 and, before delivery, was told assembly would be a flat $100. When the delivery team arrived, they called the office and I was told it would be $50 per hour. Friendly delivery, but zero accountability for property damage. I recently received a furniture delivery via TLC Always Moving. While the two delivery staff were friendly and the actual drop-off seemed smooth, I discovered significant damage to the corner of a wall along their path that was not there beforehand. I contacted TLC right away with photos to find a resolution. Instead of investigating or offering assistance, they completely washed their hands of the issue. Really poor experience with this company. I had two antique pieces of furniture to be delivered. Only one has been delivered at this stage. Heard nothing for weeks after the first piece was delivered so I called the contact I had been given (Lachlan) last week to find out what was happening.
