my phone had a motherboard issue. it was water damaged. i know that for sure. before i took it in, i tried a different sim card to see if that was the issue, and it was not. took my phone here to get it fixed, as i’ve taken phones here before and there was no issue. however this time; my phone was held for 5 days — telling me they were fixing my phone, testing the motherboard, then held it for another day to say it wasn’t ready. when it was ‘ready’, they told me my phone didn’t have a motherboard issue (camera wasn’t working... read more
