A simple and smooth process. It was fine for my needs.
Update 2: After a month of attempting to contact this company to do our taxes as we've done for YEARS, we've given up. At this time, I do not recommend this company at all. Update 1: We have had some growing pains with this company after it transferred ownership. I've been with Toni and her team for years and am so happy I found the firm. They make it all so easy for our family and business.
I paid extra than my usual accountant hoping to learn ways to manage by business finances better. The website presents something exciting. But the service was disappointing. Never any follow through after a mtg with Khaled. Not even a reply to an email asking for follow-up. And though I had given them all my tax info a month before they were due they were not completed until the DAY OF which caused me to miss out on taking other steps to save on taxes. No communication about it either.
I joined TLDR as a therapist getting off the ground in private practice about 5 years ago. Toni delivered everything I was looking for -- affordable, education-forward, organized and specialized in serving my field. Unfortunately, since the company seemingly changed hands, it's been going on two years of missed meetings, improper scheduling, unreturned emails, and a year in there where I had to reach out to them because they'd mistakenly left my name off their client roster.
