We purchased a TK minisplit unit that was supposed to be capable of cooling a 1,000 sq ft home. From day one, the unit has never performed as expected, and despite having it checked by a licensed HVAC technician, the issues persist. Even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. TK refused to offer even a courtesy troubleshooting call, instead implying the issue was due to user error.
