We purchased a TK minisplit unit that was supposed to be capable of cooling a 1,000 sq ft home. From day one, the unit has never performed as expected, and despite having it checked by a licensed HVAC technician, the issues persist. Even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. TK refused to offer even a courtesy troubleshooting call, instead implying the issue was due to user error. Excellent service and I highly recommend this company! Frank was very professional and knowledgeable.
Both techs that arrived were punctual and professional. Frank and Frank went right to work and had the part on the truck. They communicated clearly what they were doing, common maintenance schedules for me to do, and better practices regarding the use of mini split systems.
Our house is an older house and horrible insulation! We have 2 mini split systems! One in 2018 and then other in 2023 they are the best things ever! Frank (the tech) is the best! Always takes great care of us! We love TK! Highly recommend them!
