After going to the Fair Lawn office today..I said NO MORE...Here's my story ... Been going for years ..Things started getting "STUPID" if you will ...a few years.ago....Supposed to start a new study today...they schedule you an appointed time ..(.MAKE SURE YOU'RE ON TIME.. ) I get there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment 2:45... I go up to the receptionist...I see the sign in sheet ..There are 18 names on the list ...I asked .."Do I have to wait for all of these names to be called when I have a 2:45 appointment???" TKL has such a wonderful and pleasant staff. They treat you with such kindness. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re interested in participating in studies for extra money.
Pay is way too little. Employees are disgustingly disrespectful. All are old and rude. They belittle when they talk with arrogance. I hate the energy they provide. I do not recommend this place.
The employees are dishonest rude to the clients constantly arguing with people they need to fire them all and start from scratch this place will eventually go out of business there are many competitors who pay a lot more research them and save yourself the aggravation
