Felt little expensive but Quick and quality service
Brought my trailer for repair on Wednesday when dropped it of been told it would be couple days.called couple days later (Friday) been told there’s 4 trailers ahead of mine told mr will get to it mid next week. Called them Wednesday morning. Asked if my trailer was looked at. They told me no. 8 trailers ahead of u. Wasted my whole week for nothing.unless you have weeks to kill otherwise stay away from this place. Horrible service
I had as fuel leak on my trailer. They got me right in and had it fixed within two hours. Everyone was very nice. There's a small parking area at the beginning of the block with a very good taco truck there while you wait.
Absolutely unprofessional workers, takes ages to do a simple diagnostic regardless of the time of the year, even if they fix something dont be surprised that its broken again in a couple of days, only nice to you when you buy something from them, when it comes to service crazy wait times, crazy parts and labor prices. You better stick with Carrier reefer units. Please avoid if possible but if you happen to use their services - good luck!
