Had a great experience at tx max today. Was after an item, but I wasn’t able to carry it to the registers since it was quite heavy. I called out to an employee, who didnt have a name badge, ironically, and asked if he could help me bring the item up. He said he would be back in a few minutes to help me, I waited 15 minutes!! He never showed up. However, a young gentleman whos name was Joel on the name badge noticed my frustration and kindly and swiftly helped me carry the item to the registers.
