I was trying do some shopping and minding my own business. I was treated very poorly by security that felt like they were consistently breathing down my neck. It was humiliating and uncomfortable. I won't be returning.
I returned to the shop to exchange a faulty wallet (valued at $20 AUD). Even though it was past closing time (around 9:30 PM on July 4th), a store assistant asked me to wait outside while she checked with her manager. I was left waiting outside for 15 minutes with no updates. It felt like an intentional tactic to delay and hope I would just leave, which is incredibly disrespectful to a customer's time.
