Terrible experience – no communication at all I’ve been going to TJ Tax in person every other day and calling multiple times, and they still haven’t given me any meaningful update on my tax situation. Every time I ask what’s going on with my return, I get vague answers or no response at all. This level of communication is totally unprofessional, especially when it comes to something as important as taxes. I absolutely do not recommend using them for your tax return.
10/10 recommend. These people have the best of your interest. Thank you for everything you do.
filed my taxes february 14th and they used the wrong routing and account numbers for my direct deposit and it is now july 2nd and still haven’t gotten my refund. i’ve called and been to their office numerous times to get an answer on when i’ll be getting my return and they always say they’ll talk to the irs and call me back but never do. i will never use their services again and advise you don’t either.
Got my taxes done fast, pretty cool how many deductions I got
TJ and her team are awesome. Yes, it might seem that some of the reviews say that the taxes take a long time. But, they are always quick and on time before the deadlines for me. And that is what the most important thing is - THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOUR TAXES ARE FILED ON TIME WITH THE IRS. They are very skilled at what they do and I'd like to think that they make sure to take their time and do their best job possible in each case. Highly recommend them.
