I've been given the run around long enough! Call me or email me NOW to get this figured out. I never make bad reviews because I try to see the positive in everything. Unbelievable! Would give less than 1 * if I could. This was a review of my taxes, had them over 3 months, every time I called, they said it will be ready at the end of the week, NO updates ever, said they filed an extension and did NOT. VERY unhappy, unprofessional, and just ridiculous. So now we have penalties/fee's that we didn't even need to get. Please don't use them, not reliable, professional. Zero stars is not an option. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. After 4 months of being told that they were working on my taxes, I had yet to receive a SINGLE phone call. I went in to the office 7 different times between February and JUNE. Finally got my paperwork back last week and contacted the treasury myself, only to discover that I was lied to for months. If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a gentleman for 10 am. A week ago. I show up at 9:15am, early, and Wait until 10, just to be informed I have no appointment scheduled. Which is incorrect.
