Very disapppinted! Been 3 years I have used them and unfortunately will be the last time. First 2 years was great. This last year was completely off. Made all kinds of errors and ended up owing money. Not impressed and quite disappointed.
Once again, it’s tax season. And who do I turn to? The wonderful people at TJ tax. Without fail, Cindy is always there to help and answer any and all questions. She is beyond thorough, and fast. My adult children and I, are very happy to have met them, and jave been going for a few years, I wouldn’t go any where else. Oh, and it is all done online, making my life so much easier. The fee is perfect and not expensive at all! Thank you as always from the Leszkovics family!
Bad customer service, It gets worse if you dear ask for clarity on your tax return, You just have to cross your fingers that it's correct or even filed - in these hard time it's truely money wasted. I do not recommend.
