Après avoir téléversé mes documents, j’ai dû faire deux relances en deux semaines. On m’a ensuite indiqué que le délai était dû à un oubli interne. Lorsque j’ai exprimé mon insatisfaction de façon respectueuse et demandé si un ajustement de prix serait possible, celui-ci a été refusé, donc j’ai payé. Excellent tax company with a great team. Very professional, helpful, and trustworthy. Knowledgeable and genuinely cares about doing things right. Highly recommend.
The service has gone down. It has been twice now they haven't filed our taxes. We found out from CRA. Then they simply say oh we forgot.
