Mrs. C minus zero stars,we had the unfortunate time applying with the most incompetent lender. it turned our dream into the worst nightmare of our lives. we applied for a 45 day escrow and it has been 65 days and the stipulations they want never ends.please save yourselves and avoid a stressful time with the loan officers. the only good review they got was written by one of thier own employees to neutralize thier negative reviews

AVOID!!! SCAM! AVOID!!! SCAM! This company will do everything possible to not fulfill your loan agreement. Excuses is what they are best at and in the end you will be left with nothing but regret. They failed to honor a loan due to minor technicality on their part and delayed the application for 30 days at which point dropped the application all together.
your best lender in town In business for nearly twenty years, they are reliable people. Employees are fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and Spanish and are very friendly. They do the best job possible on any mortgage or house loans you'll need. I recommend them.
