The clothing on the ground floor was a little out of my price range but the lovely sales lady suggested I check out their upstairs shop. What a find! Incredible deals and Scott was so helpful. He's a great guy and I left with 3 new luxury shirts at a fraction of the original price.

Apparently my attire wasn’t fitting enough to get help or even acknowledgment from the staff. I’m a retail store owner selling other kinds of footwear and apparel, so I understand if you have shady people in your store, but sticking your nose in the air because I’m not dressed to their expectations or preference is just poor service. Stay away from this store!! They mismeasured an expensive shirt and would not exchange the shirt. Other than trying the shirt on (to find out it didn't fit), it wasn't worn or washed. They questioned my integrity when the situation was explained. There is no way I would do business with the shop.

We stopped by today with hope of finding a few, maybe more, great pieces. My husband was actually excited to shop I chose not to join him and I am relieved that I did not. Granted, we were out walking prior to our visit. He was dressed in outdoor attire. The staff never greeted him and ignored him during his visit. Wow! Never make an assumption based upon someone's appearance. Specifically, in retail. We will not return

I was in the store today and it became very clear that the way I was dressed made the staff feel as though I couldn’t “afford” the prices in the store. The first thing one of the employees said to me upon entering the store was “um hello, our clearance is up the stairs” as she looked me up and down ... I was completely dumbfounded.
