NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! First off their communication with their customers is absolutely GARBAGE! They tell you they'll call you back or on a certain day and never do! Secondly they always seem to be shorthanded, and because of that can NEVER met deadlines they them selves set " I'm really short handed" was said to me multiple times. As of that is the customers problem.Thirdly they had to take my vehicle to a different location (with out asking me if it was ok to do so) because they just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. And mind you this after replacing the same parts like 3 different times as if 3rd times the charm. So after replacing the engine per thier recommendations I should mention I brought my truck in for cam phaser replacement. Not only did I replace the engine that supposedly had a 3 year warranty with this shop it leaves thier shop worse then when I brought it in.so I take it back and they still can't figure it out, so after changing the same 3 parts again they recommend getting a zero mile engine put in it. And would you believe it the cam phaser are still bad!! Took back to them and Alan says "well what do you want us to do" and then they have a "ford master mechanic"(full of shit btw) tell me that it's an exhaust leak. long story short this shop is absolutely garbage oh I forget they had my truck for 3 months couldn't find out what was wrong we're incapable of fixing it and still had the nerve to ask for more money when it was supposed to be under warranty!! Absolute joke of a company.i never leave reviews but when I got other mechanics just as confused as to how bad of a job they did it's to much.
