Nicki, a professional who knew her business gave me and my daughter a tour of three apartments I could rent at Titus Village in Kent Washington. The experience was delightful from the beginning. Nicki answered all our questions, gave us an all inclusive tour and helped with the application when I made my decision to apply for a rental apartment. I am giving the thumb up to our, Titus Village maintenance employee Kent who very quickly cleaned the garbage location after the garbage container was emptied after 6 days No SERViCE due to the Union Cleaning Service employee strike. It is July, yesterday the temperature was 97°F, today is 3rd day of the higher tempertures. I don't want write about an unpleasant odor and the messy situation around the garbage and the recycling containers. Alena Michalek
Wonderful staff and a friendly atmosphere. A few chairs in the lobby make it easy to greet neighbors. Lots of events and twice-weekly bus for shopping. The missing star is because of nearby trains being noisy (which I don't really mind).
