My experience from beginning to end was a great one. Called late one night was given great transparent information. The next morning went in with paperwork. Jenny was great in communicating and made the process very easy. The local relationships built from the DMV fees to the smog and even the bank relationship with Wells Fargo made my experience that much more seamless and effortless.
