Excellent facility, classes and training. Randy L. , my trainer, is very professional, knows a lot about muscles and function, and is great at rehabbing a recent knee replacement trainee. He is always prepared with a new training routine that evidences a thoughtful, person-specific approach to training. All-around terrific experience .

I’ve been training at Nutriformance for just about four months, and it’s truly been a game changer. I’ve had a personal trainer at Nutriformance for about 25 years. Libby Fennewald is my current trainer and she is excellent. Not only is she keeping me physically fit, she’s helping me be sharper mentally. I truly enjoy my workouts! Sally
