I joined Nutriformance two months ago and absolutely love it! I enjoy the small group strength training and Pilates classes. There is a unique feeling to this training center as opposed to big box fitness clubs. The owners, Ellie and Dale, are on-site daily, including Holidays, and the staff have worked here for 15-20 years in many cases. Excellent facility, classes and training. Randy L. , my trainer, is very professional, knows a lot about muscles and function, and is great at rehabbing a recent knee replacement trainee. He is always prepared with a new training routine that evidences a thoughtful, person-specific approach to training. All-around terrific experience .
I’ve been training at Nutriformance for just about four months, and it’s truly been a game changer. The culture here is unlike anything I’ve experienced—motivated and focused, yet incredibly welcoming and comfortable.
