Derrick was very helpful with our home purchase. We had an unexpected illness and he helped us be sure we would be able to get to closing with a last minute power of attorney if needed. His mobile closing office was very elegant and being at the home we were buying to celebrate after the closing was a nice touch.
We used Derrick and Titlebiz for both buying our home and refinancing our home. Derrick was very professional throughout both of those processes. I would definitely recommend. Plus, Titlebiz has a mobile office to ensure everything gets done on time.
