I’m writing this review to report the unprofessional service I received from the employee at booth 8 (initials AR I believe ), an older white woman with long brown hair, straight bangs, and a floral shirt. When I approached the window, she ignored me for several minutes while continuing a conversation with a colleague. After I handed over my paperwork, she tossed my Mexican ID card into the tray area, which felt unnecessarily aggressive. Margareth @ check & Lisa window 9 are the best . These workers offered the experimental visit never bfore @ any tax office in all my life of having to renew. They are a network of info providing me wt resources I was never aware of. I visited here by accident . The wait was not long even tho the system was offline. Thanks

Sooo inhumane. Their system is down and they want ppl to wait outside in the HEAT they're not allowed TO WAIT INSIDE. I HAVE DISABLED AND ELDERLY WAITING OUTSIDE. WHILE THEY HAVE AN EMPTY BUILDING 🤦🤦🤦. THEY'RE TELLING PEOPLE AND THEY CAN GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION SOME OF THESE PEOPLE UBERED HERE..
