Arianne (girl at the front desk) is the only reason I go here. She's extremely helpful and always willing to help. She's also bilingual. Ill be back in November. Somebody get this girl a raise!

The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars today is because of the longevity wait even with an appointment. It takes 2 weeks to sit in line to get an appointment and then on arrival there are 34 chairs in the waiting room all filled with people waiting and just 2 reps at the 11 counter positions for the past half hour. The stsff here has always been exceptional when Ive done registrations in the past and still are. Just bad staffing practices today. Might be the exception to the rule today? One of the best Harris county Tax assessor locations. They are very smooth in processing transactions and they are trained to have excellent customer service. Dariane was very helpful at the front desk. She made sure she gave me all the required information needed and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Be prepared to wait for 1-2 hours if you are processing a title transfer + you need an appointment. Registration sticker renewal and disabled placards will take 30-50 minutes of wait time.
