I sold a property along with family and used this same title company as the Buyer. Had bad experience with this closing firm company. They represented more the buyer then their seller and never kept the sellers updated. All they did was send emails and never returned calls. At the end, they rush to close ahead of closing date to help buyer and then they don’t pay up on time. They sent wire transferred to wrong name.
