I was gifted a car from someone who once had a lien there. They have us a lien release, no problem. They never asked for a receipt of payoff or anything. The car loan had been paid of for 8 YEARS!! The lien release was lost, and now, they are REFUSING to give a lien release for this vehicle without an 8 YEAR OLD RECEIPT!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHODDY COMPANY!!!
