Terrible experience. I know it’s a crazy time right now. I know things are busy. But the number of missed steps was unbelievable. Closing was postponed but they didn’t communicate that would cause a delay in funding. Then they told seller that they shouldn’t allow me to occupy until after funding. I did remote closing at my wife’s place of employment since this title company closes promptly at 5 and won’t stay a couple minutes late. We had a great experience dealing with Title Alliance. The staff was always on top of things and very knowledgeable. They were willing to work any issues out and make things as easy as possible for us. We really appreciate Doug. He didn’t rush us and he took his time answering all of our questions during the closing. Thank you for making our closing go so smoothly.
