If I can give them negative, I would. They would not admit their mistake. Mike Pruitt or someone from Title365 forgot the county deed document. He changed the purchase price of the home sale after I signed this PCOR document. I did not consent him to change anything in that form or he asked me about it. The act was illegal and fraud. He asked me to pay him to fix that mistake that Title365 Carlsbad made. My attorney will be seeing them in court.

Please stay away from this business. They gave me poor, illegal advice that resulted me having to hire an attorney to clean up the mess they created. They wouldn't admit to their mistakes and denied responsibility. I'm appalled they're even in businessd and hope that others don't suffer from the pain of doing business with them as I did.
