This is review is regarding the companies brokerage, Titanium American Logistics, Inc. - MC 1029289 We ran a lot of loads for Titanium over many years. Recently we had a load with them that picked "on time" on 9/7/25. There was detention at the shipper and we submitted BOL to ask for revised rate con with detention added. It took multiple emails and calls and they finally responded a month later on 10/7/25 with a revised rate confirmation showing detention and tracking fine (resulting in a loss worth 3x the detention amount)... read more
